Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or defective.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is damaged or defective you have the right to enter a claim.
HOW TO ENTER A CLAIM
Please contact us through the inquiries form within 7 days of receiving your order, as indicated by the delivery tracking number. You will be sent a Return Authorization Form and may be asked for images to support your claim. Once your claim is provisionally approved you will be provided with DHL shipping labels and instructions on returning the item/s.
The claim will not be finalized until the defective product has been returned. Once we have received the product and the claim has been approved, you will be informed via email and a replacement product will be sent to you. In the case a replacement product cannot be arranged, you will be refunded in full, including initial shipping costs.
CONDITIONS
・Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags and/or packaging.・Global baloriginal will not accept any returns sent without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization.
・All returns will be arranged through Global baloriginal's DHL account, except in cases where this is not possible.
