Shipping policy

International deliveries are shipped via DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE. For territories / instances where delivery by DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE is not possible, shipments will be dispatched using Express Mail Service (EMS). Shipments within Japan will be delivered by SAGAWA EXPRESS Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control.

Global baloriginal is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.

ALL DELIVERIERS

 *In some cases, due to the size or weight of particular item(s) in an order, additional shipping charges may apply. In these circumstances, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

All deliveries within Japan cost JPY880.

TAXES & DUTIES

As of August 8, 2019, all International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added. 

 When ordering goods from Global baloriginal internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Global baloriginal is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. Global baloriginal has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, please contact your local customs office.

DELIVERY STATUS

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the package's tracking information.
